Anti-Spam Policy

Aysha Canada has a strict, zero-tolerance spam policy. We email only people who have explicitly opted in, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Our Commitment

Aysha Canada maintains a zero-tolerance spam policy. We send commercial email only to subscribers who have explicitly opted in, and we honour unsubscribe requests promptly. We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the EU/UK GDPR’s rules on electronic communications.

What We Consider Spam

We define spam as any unsolicited commercial electronic message, including but not limited to:

  • Email sent to recipients who never requested it
  • Email with forged headers, misleading “From” lines, or deceptive subject lines
  • Email that fails to identify itself as advertising where required
  • Email that fails to provide a valid physical postal address or a working unsubscribe mechanism
  • Email sent to addresses harvested by scraping, purchased lists, or data brokers

How We Build Our List

Every address on our list got there through one or more of the following:

  • Confirmed (double) opt-in — the user submitted a subscription form on ayshacanada.com, then clicked the verification link sent to their inbox. We record the subscription and confirmation times against each subscriber.
  • Direct request — the user emailed us asking to be added.

We do not buy, rent, scrape, swap, or otherwise acquire email addresses from third parties.

What Every Email Includes

  • A clear “From” name identifying Aysha Canada as the sender
  • An accurate, non-deceptive subject line
  • Identification as an advertisement where the message is promotional
  • A valid physical contact address and a working reply-to address
  • A one-click unsubscribe link that immediately suppresses your address from future campaigns. You can also use /unsubscribe.

Tracking in Emails

Our email infrastructure embeds a 1×1 pixel and rewrites links through a click-tracking redirector so we can measure open and click-through rates and improve future content. The tracking endpoints record only event timestamps keyed to a per-message identifier — they do not transmit the message body, IP-based geolocation, or device fingerprints. Blocking remote images in your mail client, or unsubscribing, prevents this collection entirely. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Unsubscribing

You can stop receiving email from us at any time by:

  • Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails
  • Visiting /unsubscribe and entering your address
  • Emailing info@ayshacanada.com with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE”

Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and take effect immediately for new sends. If you continue to receive email from us more than 10 days after an unsubscribe request, please contact us so we can investigate.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe you received unsolicited email that appears to be from Aysha Canada, or that someone is sending email that fraudulently impersonates us, please report it. Forward the full message (with headers if possible) to:
